Apart from exclusions that may be mentioned below, delivery is available to Mainland GB : England, Scotland and Wales, including land connected by road / rail (such as Skye and Anglesey) but not including islands accessible only by water / air transport.
Exclusions/instructions: Items are dispatched within 48 hours Mon-Friday (excluding bank holidays) from date of purchase. Returns are accepted on items should they not be to your expectation (buyers responsible for return costs). UK mainland delivery is sent on a 48 hour tracked delivery either via Royal Mail or Evri for UK mainland.
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 says Goods must be delivered without undue delay and not more than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into, if the seller has not indicated otherwise.

Seller's instructions: RETURNS: Returns that are made due not being as expected (incorrect item) must be made with ALL the original manufacturer packaging and in the condition they were received in. We understand that you may have broken the seal on the packaging to feel the material, however if the item has been out and on your bed it is now deemed as “used”. If you return an item and it is not in the manufacturers packaging and in a “fit for resale” condition (ie. in the condition you received it in) there will be a restocking charge of £5.00 applied that will be deducted from your refund. If returned items are over the value of £100, £9.99 will be deducted from the refundable amount to account for the over 2kg weight on outbound postage and insurance fees over the standard £20 value that is the included insurance rate of £2.99 paid at time of purchase. Any items that arrive which are incorrect to your order should be photographed and sent direct to customerservice@luxeboudoirsuk.com
Default Rights: Your right to cancel an order for goods starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day the goods come into your physical possession or to the person you asked to deliver the goods to (or anyone at your delivery address). When the seller confirms your request to cancel, follow their instructions. If a return is required, you must send the item back within 14 days of your notice to cancel. Be aware you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to the seller. Within 14 days of the seller receiving your returned item, they will refund the full price of the item minus an amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. The postage fee you paid to receive the item will be refunded too unless a delivery option was selected by you that was not the cheapest option made available. You do not have a right to cancel personalised / made to order items, perishable goods, items that you have opened that were sealed for hygiene reasons, tickets for events for a specific date or time.

Faulty Goods and Complaints

It is the seller's responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns please contact the seller. Contact the seller if the item received has or develops a fault, is not of satisfactory quality, is not as described or is not fit for purpose. Within 30 days of receipt, you have the right to reject for any of these reasons. Contact the seller if you have any other complaints.
